"My aim is to help people  access comfort, community & wellness. With touch therapies designed to target the body and workshops to provide support for the mind my approach aims to nourish aches as well as anxieties." 

With a background in Psychology, Counselling and Teaching – the expertise I’ve gathered over the years have led me here and I could not be happier and more excited to share this moment with you.

As a woman and a mother I understand the transformative journeys that we have to go through – physically, mentally & hormonally!! Whatever path you’ve chosen in your life people are not investing enough time in their own wellness and self-care.

Gym memberships and meal plans? Maybe! But a schedule and process for their well-being is harder to define and justify for many – well not anymore!! Mental wellness is just as important as your physical health – you can not flourish, create and nourish others if you are running on empty and I can help! With workshops designed to help you build a tool kit to fight against anxiety and touch therapies aimed at bringing your body comfort and balance – right here is a good starting point for your well-being journey.
