I am available for one-to-one mindfulness coaching sessions in which we learn the art of 'just being'.
Mindfulness practice helps to reduce stress, increase focus, reduce anxiety symptoms and help sleep - among many other benefits.
During our time we can investigate how we can bring mindfulness into your day to day life and come up with a personalised programme of practice just for you.
I run a monthly Anxiety Relief workshop in which we delve into tools and techniques we can access to help us in moments of intense negative emotions.
We look at the physiology behind anxiety and how we can slow our bodies and minds down in order to find calm in the everyday.
We explore skills such as visualisation, breath work, grounding and so much more.
These sessions are also available for private groups or one-to-one.
